Colleen McAndrews

Colleen McAndrews, MS, OTR/L is a dedicated occupational therapist with extensive experience in both pediatric and school-based settings. Currently employed as a full-time occupational therapist at Charlotte Lab School since May 2023, Colleen also serves as a PRN occupational therapist at Sequoia Care. Prior roles include a full-time pediatric occupational therapist at Crossway Pediatric Therapy and a level II fieldwork therapist at Encompass Health, where responsibilities included managing patient caseloads and conducting family training sessions. Colleen's diverse experience began with an activity coordinator position at Five Star Senior Living, focusing on interventions for individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia. Educationally, Colleen holds two Master of Science degrees in Occupational Therapy from D'Youville University, contributing to strong clinical expertise.
