Mina Kouklan

Mina Kouklan has an extensive work history in talent acquisition and recruiting. Mina is currently the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Sequoia Care, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Recruiting at Infinity Care Partners from March 2022 to October 2022. Before joining Infinity Care Partners, Mina held multiple roles at American Senior Communities, including Director of Talent Acquisition from June 2020 to March 2022 and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner from December 2019 to June 2020. Mina's career in talent acquisition started at Signature HealthCARE, LLC, where they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition from July 2008 to December 2019. Mina began their professional journey at Hyrian/UnitedHealth Group as a Clinical Sourcing Associate from April 2005 to May 2008.

Mina Kouklan has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Communications from Murray State University. Mina also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from the same university. In addition to their degrees, they have several certifications including a Veterans At Work Certificate from the SHRM Foundation in 2020, a Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) from AIRS, an ADP Company in 2018, a Social Talent Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in 2015, and a Certified Health Care Recruiter certification from the National Association for Health Care Recruitment (NAHCR) in 2009.
