Alexis Newman (she/her)

Alexis Newman has worked in the healthcare and consulting industry for several years. Alexis started their career at Boost Healthcare Consulting, where they held the positions of Associate Consultant and Senior Associate Consultant from March 2015 to October 2016. In 2016, they joined Sequoia Consulting Group, a brokerage firm specializing in benefits, HR, and risk management services for innovative companies. At Sequoia, Alexis held various roles, including Client Operations Manager, Senior Client Operations Manager, and Service Operations Manager from October 2016 to July 2019. Alexis then transitioned to the role of Program Manager for Sequoia Programs from April 2020 to November 2020. Currently, Alexis is working as the Manager of Operations at Sequoia Consulting Group, starting in November 2020.

Alexis Newman has obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. The field of study focused on Biology/Biological Sciences in general. In terms of additional certifications, Alexis acquired a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com in June 2020.
