Calvin Croskey, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several notable companies. Calvin is currently the Client Leader, Rewards Advisory at Sequoia Consulting Group, where they are responsible for leading the Compensation Advisory practice and managing complex consulting engagements. Prior to this, Calvin served as the Head of Compensation (RIF) at Jobcase, Inc. In addition, they have held various positions at Wells Fargo, Capital One, Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, CarMax, and McLagan Data & Analytics, showcasing their expertise in HR consulting, compensation management, and generalist roles. Throughout their career, Calvin has demonstrated their proficiency in team member development, demand generation, revenue growth, and relationship management.

Calvin Croskey, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Randolph-Macon College. In addition to their degree, they have earned several certifications, including a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the Aveta Business Institute in February 2021. Calvin also holds the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, which they obtained in December 2018. Moreover, they have the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI, obtained in October 2018. Calvin further expanded their skills by completing the ChamberRVA Leadership Lab program offered by ChamberRVA in January 2018.
