Cloe Czepiel has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Cloe began their career as a Dance Instructor and Office Assistant at Stage Left Dance from 2004 to 2011. In 2011, they transitioned to a Business Analyst role at Express Auto Wash until 2012. From 2010 to 2013, they simultaneously worked as an Office Assistant at Fairfield University and as a Resident Assistant from 2011 to 2013. Cloe then joined Towers Watson as a Client Development Team Intern from 2013 to 2014 and later as a Seasonal Compensation Analyst in 2014.

In 2014, Czepiel joined TriNet as a Client Services Coordinator, transitioning to a Client Services Associate from 2015 to 2016 and ultimately becoming a Senior Implementation Consultant from 2016 to 2017.

Subsequently, they joined Millennium Systems International as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are employed at Sequoia Consulting Group, where they started as a Client Analyst in October 2018 and progressed to a Senior Client Analyst role from 2021 to 2022. Cloe is currently serving as the Manager of Client Analysts starting from July 2022. In their role at Sequoia Consulting Group, they provide strategic benefits, HR, and risk management services to hyper-growth companies.

From 2006 to 2010, Cloe Czepiel attended Mercy High School, where they completed their high school education. Following that, from 2010 to 2014, they enrolled at Fairfield University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at Fairfield University, Cloe pursued a Mathematics major and also completed minors in Education and Marketing.
