Diana Diaz Gandelman has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Diana joined Sequoia Consulting Group in 2019 and is currently serving as the Manager of Data Operations. Diana previously held roles in the same company as a Senior Data Operations Analyst and Data Operations Analyst.

Prior to joining Sequoia, Diana worked at Zenefits from 2014 to 2016, where they served as a Senior Quality Specialist and Senior Product Operations Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for ensuring accurate data for benefits clients and improving the customer experience within the benefits product.

Diana also has experience in the non-profit sector, having worked at Parents Education Network as a Development Coordinator from 2013 to 2014.

Before that, they gained valuable experience in call center management and customer relations at Secure Customer Relations INC and SECURE Customer Relations LLC from 2006 to 2012. Diana held positions such as Assistant Call Floor Manager, Call Center Learning and Development Coordinator, and Customer Relationship Specialist/Team Lead.

With a Master's degree in Public Administration, Diana Diaz Gandelman brings a strong background in data operations, customer relations, and process improvement to their current role as Manager of Data Operations at Sequoia Consulting Group.

Diana Diaz Gandelman holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from California State University, Fresno, which they obtained between 2010 and 2012. Prior to their MPA, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science, with a focus on Chicano and Latin American Studies, also at California State University, Fresno, from 2006 to 2010. Furthermore, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com in December 2020.
