Dilip Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dilip currently works as a Talent Business Partner at Sequoia Consulting Group, where they contribute to the development of people-first companies by building solutions for People Insights.

Prior to this, Dilip worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Jisr HR, where they played a pivotal role in creating a user-friendly HR and payroll system for small and medium businesses in Saudi Arabia.

Dilip also served as a Technical Recruiter at Carousell, a classifieds marketplace, where they helped inspire individuals around the world to start selling and buying.

At Rippling, Dilip joined as the 7th employee and single-handedly built the entire backend, frontend, and automation from scratch. Dilip also managed non-tech hiring and was responsible for administrative and HR operations.

In their role as a Senior Executive in HR at BlackBuck, Dilip successfully facilitated the hiring process for both tech and non-tech positions. Dilip closed 25 senior and mid-level positions and effectively utilized job portals and social media platforms for hiring.

Dilip gained experience in talent acquisition at InterviewBit, an interview preparation site for software engineers.

During their tenure at CareerNet Technologies, Dilip served as a consultant, associate consultant, and recruitment executive. Their responsibilities included understanding client requirements, managing client relationships, and delivering service targets.
