Emily Wanderer Önce

Emily Wanderer Önce is the Director of Wellbeing & Social Impact for Growth Products at Sequoia since May 2024, where current efforts focus on enhancing the Wellbeing and Social Impact bundles for clients. Prior to this role, Emily held positions in strategic accounts at Pave and served as Sales Manager for Corporate Impact at Blackbaud, overseeing employee engagement and corporate impact initiatives across a vast user base. Previous experience includes business development roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, management positions at Social Enterprise Greenhouse, and project coordination at Mercy Corps and The DREAM Project. Emily holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship, Organizations, and Social Justice from Brown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Business Administration minor from the University of Oregon.
