Natalija Staletovic has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Natalija is currently working as a Human Resources Business Partner at Sequoia Consulting Group, where they provide benefits, HR, payroll, and risk management solutions for employers. Prior to this, they worked at Paychex as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they worked with various clients across the United States on HR issues and recommended new products and solutions. Natalija also served as the Manager of Employee Relations at Family Tree Estate Planning, where they handled payments, updated company policies, and managed benefit renewals. Natalija gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist and Coordinator at CSI Powerline, where they assisted with employee onboarding, developed retention programs, and worked on projects with contracted companies. Natalija also interned as a Legal Assistant at the Negotiating Team for the Accession of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union, where they worked on drafting and revising negotiating chapters and participated in meetings with political officials. Natalija also interned at UN Women and was a Research Assistant at Arizona State University, where they conducted research on political and economic issues. Overall, Natalija has a strong background in human resources, administration, and research.

Natalija Staletovic completed their education as follows:

From 2018 to 2021, Natalija attended the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where they obtained a Master of Legal Studies degree. Their field of study in this program was Human Resources and Employment Law.

Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, they attended Arizona State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies. During this time, they also pursued another Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Health.

In addition to their academic achievements, Natalija obtained a Notary Public certification from the State of Arizona in September 2019.
