Selene McKinney has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Selene started their career at JPMorgan Chase as a Training Coordinator and later served as an Executive Administrative Assistant. Selene'snext role was at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain, where they held various positions including Spa Intern, Spa Administrative Assistant, Spa Guest Services Manager, Spa Operations Manager, and finally Assistant Spa Director. Following this, Selene worked as a General Manager at Red Door Spas. Selene then joined The Boulders, A Waldorf Astoria Resort as an Assistant Spa Director (Task Force). Moving on, Selene joined Sanctuary Camelback Mountain once again as an Assistant Spa Director. Selene later transitioned to DriveTime, where they served as a Loan Officer I, Benefits Coordinator, and ultimately a Benefits Specialist. Currently, Selene is working at Sequoia Consulting Group, initially as an Employee Advocate and gradually progressing to roles such as Client Operations Manager, Client Experience Manager, and currently as a Senior Client Experience Manager. Selene'swork at Sequoia involves serving innovative and people-first businesses, helping employers maximize their workforce's potential.

Selene McKinney obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University, specializing in Business Administration and Management, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Arizona State University from 2006 to 2008 and earned a degree in Spa Management.
