Tim Laffey

Timothy Laffey currently serves as Vice President of Growth (East) at Sequoia, a tech-enabled consulting and services company aimed at optimizing workforce potential through technology and community support. Prior to joining Sequoia in October 2024, Laffey was Managing Director at Aon, where responsibilities included leading growth strategies for Risk Capital and Human Capital in the NYC office. Laffey's experience also encompasses a significant tenure at Marsh McLennan, where roles included Strategic Sales Leader and contributions to Mercer’s Global M&A Advisory Services. During earlier career stages, Laffey held key positions in the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice at Marsh and served as Vice President of Sales at Bowne within the Capital Markets sector. Laffey holds a degree from The Catholic University of America.
