Heather Seal

Heather Seal, RN, BSN, currently serves as the RN Quality and Assurance Nurse Manager at Sequoia Home Health & Hospice since May 2021. Previously, Heather worked as an RN Case Manager at Solstice Home Health, Hospice and Palliative Care from July 2019 to June 2021, and as an RN Case Manager at Encompass Home Health & Hospice from February 2017 to June 2019. Additional experience includes roles at Summit Home Health & Hospice, Envision Home Health and Hospice, and Haven Home Health, LLC, among others, demonstrating a solid background in case management and patient care. Heather earned a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Brigham Young University.
