Calvin Groeneweg, RN C-AL, currently serves as President of the American Assisted Living Nurses Association, where leadership involves setting organizational goals, collaborating with state chapters, and enhancing educational initiatives for nursing staff in assisted living. As Director of Risk Management at Sequoia Living, responsibilities include oversight of risk management programs, education, and insurance coordination aimed at improving care quality and minimizing losses. Previously, Calvin operated a contract service for law enforcement from 1998 to 2013, managing registered nurses for medical compliance and providing legal consultations. Calvin has also held leadership positions in risk management at Magnolia, focusing on client risks and outcomes, and founded Rose Garden Guest Home, Inc., serving as President from 1986 to 2007. Educational achievements include an Associate's degree in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University and St. Mary's College of California.
