Charlie Shoemake

Charlie Shoemake has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

Starting in 1984, they worked at PNC Financial Services Group as a Senior Vice President, where they managed a range of financial functions and played a key role in strategic planning and risk management.

In 2003, they became the Chief Operating Officer at EMCC, Inc., overseeing operational and financial activities for the company's various divisions. Charlie was promoted to this role after developing a successful business plan to redirect company operations into higher margin industry segments. Charlie held this position until 2012.

From 2010 to 2012, Shoemake served as the Chief Financial Officer at the Law Office of Curtis O Barnes, where they led the migration and integration of accounting operations onto the Microsoft Great Plains accounting application and conducted a successful financial audit to comply with debt financing requirements.

In 2012, they joined Green Street Realty as the Chief Financial Officer, where they focused on establishing procedures and controls necessary for the company's growth and served as the primary interface for capital providers. Charlie left the company in 2013.

At Resources Global Professionals, starting in 2013, Shoemake worked as a Consultant, providing financial problem-solving to Fortune 50 clients. Charlie led projects supporting business processes and the integration of a corporate financial data warehouse and generated key business intelligence dashboards.

From 2017 to 2017, Shoemake took the role of Chief Financial Officer at EventPro Strategies Event Staffing. Charlie'sresponsibilities included rebuilding the accounting system, establishing policies and procedures, and hiring a complete accounting staff.

In 2018, they became the Chief Financial Officer at American Law Firm Capital, LLC, where they played a crucial role in managing all accounting and finance activities.

Most recently, in 2020, Shoemake worked as a Finance Consultant at Greenough Consulting Group. Charlie'sresponsibilities included providing financial expertise and guidance to clients.

Since October 2020, Charlie Shoemake has been working as the Chief Financial Officer at Sequoia Living.

Charlie Shoemake completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1978 to 1981. Later, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from the same institution, completing it from 1982 to 1984.
