Nichole V. is an experienced educator currently serving as a Teacher Consultant for the Bay Area Writing Project since June 2022, where Nichole presented professional development focused on writing to learn through Toni Morrison's "participatory reading" approach. Since August 2013, Nichole has also held the role of Equity and Diversity Professional Development Facilitator at Sequoia Union High School District, where significant contributions include planning and organizing professional development days and promoting understanding of racial impacts in education.
