Todd Beal

Todd Beal is currently the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources at SEQUOIA UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT. Prior to this, they were the Chief Personnel Officer at Adelanto Elementary School District from June 2015 to February 2017. Todd has also been the Associate Superintendent Personnel/Pupil Services at Rim of the World Unified School District from October 2017 to December 2021. From August 2002 to May 2015, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Colton Joint Unified School District. Lastly, they were a Middle School Teacher at Alvord Unified School District from September 1998 to June 2002, where they taught English/ Language Arts & Reading.

-Todd Beal has a Doctor of Education from Aspen University in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is currently working on their Doctor of Education from Grand Canyon University in Educational Leadership and Administration.

-Todd also has a Master's Degree in Education from California Baptist University and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from California State University-San Bernardino.

-Lastly, they have an Associate's Degree in English Language and Literature from Riverside Community College as well as certification from the Association of California School Administrators in Personnel Services Academy Completion and Pupil Personnel Academy Completion.

They work with Bonnie Hansen - Assistant Superintendent, Educational Services, Crystal Leach - Associate Superintendent, Administrative Services, and Elizabeth Chacon - Assistant Superintendent, Student Services. Todd Beal reports to Darnise Williams, Superintendent.
