Franky Roberts

Franky Roberts is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in executive search and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Director and Head of Executive Recruiting for EPD at Sequoia Capital since July 2022, Franky previously held the position of Head of Executive Search for EMEA at Checkout.com and Leadership Recruiting Manager for Engineering and Product at Stripe, where leadership hiring efforts were led globally. As the first employee at Gordon & Eden, Franky contributed significantly to C-Suite and Board level hiring, working with major clients such as Facebook and Shazam. Additionally, Franky served as a Board Member for Action for Children, supporting fundraising initiatives to combat youth homelessness. Earlier career roles include recruiting assignments at La Fosse Associates, focusing on technology and digital executives.
