Ann Marie Leen

Ann Marie Leen is a seasoned professional in community development and youth services, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Youth Services at SER Metro-Detroit since September 2015, where responsibilities include managing youth programming and housing initiatives. Prior to this role, Ann Marie held various leadership positions, including Director of Community Development for Wayne County Michigan, where management of HUD funding and community development efforts were key functions. Additional experience encompasses the management of homeless services and grant compliance at Community & Home Supports Inc., as well as overseeing basic needs programs for the United Way for Southeastern Michigan. Ann Marie's career began as an Agroforestry Volunteer with the United States Peace Corps, focusing on community workshops and educational projects. Ann Marie earned a Master’s degree in Community Development from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor’s degree from Aquinas College.
