Grace Kim (Ki Seon)

Grace (Ki Seon) Kim has extensive work experience in the finance and investment industry. Grace(Ki Seon) is currently working as the Executive Director and Head of Korea Capital Formation and Korea Office at Sera Global since January 2021. Prior to that, they were employed at Brookfield Financial from August 2017 to December 2020, where they served as the Executive Director and Head of the Korea office. Before joining Brookfield Financial, Grace worked at Samsung Life Insurance from August 2007 to July 2017 as a Senior Investment Manager.

Grace (Ki Seon) Kim completed their education history as follows:

From 1998 to 2002, Grace attended Parsons School of Design - The New School, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Environmental Design/Architecture.

In 2002, Grace continued their studies at Parsons School of Design - The New School, where they obtained a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Interior Architecture. This program lasted until 2003.

From 2005 to 2007, Grace pursued a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance Investment at New York University.

In addition to their academic achievements, Grace obtained the MAI Designation (MAI) certification from the Appraisal Institute in September 2012.
