Stacey Green is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in pastry and dessert preparation. Currently serving as a Pastry Chef / Salad Chef at Serafina Miami since July 2018, Stacey is responsible for creating all desserts for the establishment. Previous roles include positions at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. and The Fresh Market, where expertise in guest service and product knowledge was demonstrated. Stacey has also held pastry chef roles at Yard House and Barton G, managing dessert menus and vendor relations for large volumes of guests. A long tenure at The Cheesecake Factory allowed for advancement through various roles, highlighting a commitment to excellence in service.
