Sean Carroll

Sean Carroll has had a long and varied career in the biotech industry. Sean began their career in 2005 as a Chemistry Research and Discovery Group Intern at Amgen. In 2013, they moved to Catalyst Biosciences as a Senior Research Associate. In 2014, they joined Atreca, Inc. as a Director, and later held the roles of Associate Director, Senior Scientist, and Scientist I/II. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Vice President at Seranova Bio.

Sean Carroll received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in 2006, after attending from 2002-2006. Afterwards, they attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2006-2012, where they earned a PhD in Chemical Engineering.
