Amy Kroll

Amy Kroll has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Amy currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Seraph. Prior to this role, Amy worked as a Human Resources Manager at Novares Group for two years. Amy also held positions as an HR Manager at Aludyne, Human Resources Manager/Global Leadership Trainer at Bleistahl North America LP, and Senior HR Generalist Training and Recruiting at Meridian Magnesium LLC. Additionally, Amy played a pivotal role in establishing the HR department at Janesville Acoustics, a start-up plant, and worked as a Human Resources Team Lead at Kellogg Company. Amy'scareer began at Battle Creek Health System, where they served as a Staff Technologist, Mammography Technologist, Bone Density Technologist, and CT Technologist for eighteen years.

Amy Kroll completed their Associates degree in Applied Science-Radiographer and Human Psychology at Kellogg Community College from 1991 to 1993. Amy then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The Robert B Miller College, graduating from 2007 to 2009.
