Haley Wright has been working in the field of senior living since 2011. Her first role was as a Dietary Aide at Richfield Retirement Community, where they worked from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, they took on an Activities Intern role at Salem Terrace and a Student Intern role at The Beard Center on Aging at Lynchburg College. In 2016, they worked at English Meadows Senior Living Communities as a Business Office Manager and at Brandon Oaks Life Plan Community as an Administrator in Training. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Fox Trail Senior Living as an Executive Director and at The Renaissance Assisted Living as an Administrator. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Linden House Assisted Living as an Assistant Administrator/HR Manager and at Seraphic as an Operations Manager, Creative Studio and Community & Operations Specialist.

Haley Wright graduated from the University of Lynchburg in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology and a minor in Health Promotion. In October 2016, they obtained an Assisted Living Facility Administrator certification from the Commonwealth of Virginia. In September 2016, they obtained an Individualized Service Plans certification from Virginia Commonwealth University Health System. In July 2016, they obtained a Private Pay Uniform Assessment Instrument certification from the Commonwealth of Virginia. In March 2018, they obtained a Registered Medication Aide certification. In March 2017, they obtained an Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certification. Haley is also in the process of obtaining a Certified Dementia Practitioner certification.
