Meredith Dykstra

Meredith Dykstra has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Meredith began their career in 2006 as a Teaching Assistant with AmeriCorps. Meredith then worked as a Case Manager at NAMI New Orleans from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they took on the role of a French Teacher at the International School of Louisiana. From 2010 to 2013, they served as a Programs Office Manager at the Kushi Institute. In 2012, they became a Certified Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Meredith Dykstra went on to establish their own company, Meredith Dykstra Health Coaching LLC, where they worked as a Health and Lifestyle Coach starting in 2014. During this time, they also worked as a Wellness Specialist and Consultant at Revelation Health LLC from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Seraphic Group, Inc as a Brand Relations and Special Projects Manager, and concurrently served as the Director of Biology BaseCamp until 2020. Meredith also gained experience as a Community Outreach Coordinator at M Clinic Virginia from 2018 to 2020. Overall, Meredith Dykstra has a strong background in health coaching, wellness consulting, and program management.

Meredith Dykstra obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from The College of Wooster from 2002 to 2006. Meredith then pursued further education at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where they became a Certified Health Coach in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies, General from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, Meredith completed the Macrobiotic Leadership Program at the Kushi Institute from 2010 to 2013. Meredith also had a study abroad experience at the Institute for American Universities in Aix-en-Provence for a short period in 2004. In 2015, they obtained the Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
