David Williams

David Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David began their career as the IT Systems Manager at Mondus, where they managed internal IT systems and oversaw the implementation of business analytics.

David then co-founded Lan House Southwest, a networked gaming center proposition that unfortunately closed down due to advancements in technology.

After that, David joined Straub Ventures as an Associate, managing existing and new investments for a high net worth individual (HNWI) family office. David also served as a Non-Executive Director at Enterprise Accelerator Ltd.

David later co-founded Pixsta Ltd, a venture-funded visual search/lead generation business. David played a crucial role in developing the business model, overseeing business support functions, and managing investment rounds. Pixsta was eventually acquired by Empora Ltd.

Following their time at Pixsta, David worked as an independent consultant, specializing in digital strategy, eCommerce, digital product strategy, and data.

David then joined ASOS.com and held various roles, including Operations Manager, Head of Customer Intelligence, Director of Customer Intelligence, and Digital Experience Director. In these positions, David led initiatives in digital analytics, conversion rate optimization, data science, and digital product management, making significant contributions to the company's success.

Currently, David serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Seraphine, a company they joined in 2017.

David Williams attended Devonport High School for Boys from 1989 to 1996. David then pursued a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mathematics at the University of Oxford from 1996 to 1999.
