Seb Tarleton

Seb Tarleton has a diverse and extensive work experience in the retail industry. Seb began their career as a Merchandiser at Arcadia Group Ltd in 1998 and worked there until 2002. Seb then joined The Body Shop and held the positions of Merchandising Manager and later Supply Chain Manager from 2002 to 2009. Following that, they worked as a Merchandising Manager - International at Monsoon Accessorize from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they served as a Merchandising Director at Urban Outfitters. Seb then joined Cath Kidston as a Merchandising Director and later became the Buying & Merchandising Director, working there from 2016 to 2022. Currently, they are working at Seraphine as a Trading Director since May 2022 and has recently been appointed as the Chief Commercial Officer from April 2023 onwards.

Seb Tarleton attended the University of the West of England from 1994 to 1998. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts with Honors degree in French, German, and European Studies.
