Jean Holloway

Jean Holloway is an experienced professional in the field of community and water system management, currently serving as State Manager at Southeast Rural Community Assistance Project, Inc. since May 2016. Prior to this role, Holloway worked as a SIAP Circuit Rider at the Delaware Rural Water Association, from December 2007 to May 2016, focusing on financial and management capacity building for small community water systems. Holloway's expertise is further supported by roles such as Training Manager at the Environmental Finance Center, Training Specialist at the Maryland Rural Water Association, and Administrative Director for the Town of Berlin, among others. Holloway holds a BA in Political Science from Kaplan College and a high school diploma from Snow Hill High School.
