Bill Doran

Bill Doran has extensive experience in capture management and business development, with roles ranging from Director to Senior Director in various companies. Bill most recently held the position of Director - Business Capture Management at SERCO INC since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked for SAIC as a Sr. Director - Capture Management from March 2017 to March 2022 and at Engility Corporation as a Senior Director / Navy Capture Management from March 2017 to January 2019. Before that, they were employed at CACI, International as a Sr. Director - Corporate Capture from August 2015 to March 2017 and at TASC, Inc. where they held multiple roles, including Sr. Director, Defense Sector Capture Management from March 2014 to March 2015 and Senior Capture Manager/Executive from April 2010 to March 2015.

Bill Doran has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering. Bill also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Nova Southeastern University.
