Ajmal Pm is a seasoned professional with a robust background in customer experience and sales operations. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Team Leader at Serco since October 2023, Ajmal leads the frontline CX workforce at Zayed International Abu Dhabi Airport, ensuring positive experiences during the new terminal transition. Previously, Ajmal held the position of Sales Operations Coordinator at NAFFCO GROUP, where responsibilities included processing inquiries and supporting the sales team. Experience also includes work as a Payroll Associate at Zellis, managing UK payrolls, and as an Onboarding Associate at Prione Business Services Pvt. Ltd., facilitating revenue generation for SMB and SME clients. Ajmal holds an MBA in Marketing and HR from DCSMAT Institutions and a BBA in Business Administration from SNM College of Arts and Science.
