David C. Goldberg

David C. Goldberg serves on the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic and has held the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Serco Inc. since May 2008. Prior board roles include serving on the Board of Trustees for the Legal Aid Society of DC from November 2006 to November 2011 and on the Board of Directors for Homestretch Inc. from November 2004 to October 2011. Goldberg has significant litigation experience, having worked as Chief Litigation Counsel at AOL from May 1999 to December 2007, and as an attorney at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. from 1996 to 1998, as well as at Shaw Pittman from 1990 to 1996. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law (1987-1990) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan (1983-1987).
