Heath Chapple

Heath Chapple has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Heath currently holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Serco, a role they began in January 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Strategic Contracts Director, Asia Pacific at Serco from February 2023 to January 2024. Before joining Serco, Chapple held the role of Managing Director Justice & Immigration UK & Europe at Serco plc from August 2019 to February 2023. Heath also worked as the Managing Director, Justice & Immigration Asia Pacific at Serco from September 2011 to August 2019. Chapple began their career in 1992 as the National Management Accountant at Vox Retail Group Ltd and has since held various roles including Chief Operating Officer Aus/NZ at Sodexo Australia from August 2008 to August 2011, Chief Executive Officer at Serco Sodexo Defence Services from October 2001 to August 2008, and Commercial Director at Patrick Corporation from January 1996 to October 2001. Heath also briefly worked as the Queensland State Manager at KGG Financial Services from January 1995 to January 1996.

Heath Chapple pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Accounting and Business Management at Griffith University.
