Julie Carroll

Julie Carroll has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Julie started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Hunter Area Health Service in 1998 and worked there until 2001. Julie then joined Integral Energy as an HR Manager and stayed there until 2007. In 2008, Julie joined Leighton Contractors as a Director of People & Capability and also served as a Group Manager of People Systems & Operations from 2010 to 2012. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Deloitte Australia as a Director of Talent and Advisory Solutions. In 2018, Julie joined Serco as the Chief Human Resources Officer for AsPAC and currently holds the position of Group Chief People & Culture Officer from 2023.

Julie Carroll's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Newcastle (1992-1996), a Masters of HR and IR from the University of Newcastle (1998-2001), a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Newcastle (2003-2005), and the completion of the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors (2022).
