Justine Miller

Justine Miller is an experienced professional in ethics, compliance, and legal counsel, currently serving as the Group Head of Ethics & Compliance at Serco since July 2024. Prior roles include Head of Compliance and Global Compliance Manager at Elementis Global from January 2022 to July 2024, and various positions at bp from August 2010 to January 2022, culminating in the role of Ethics & Compliance Manager. Justine's background also includes significant legal experience at Herbert Smith Freehills as Counsel in Competition Law and Senior Associate, as well as prior roles at Vodafone and The Coca-Cola Company. Justine holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in European Law from the College of Europe, a Diploma in Legal Practice from Nottingham Trent Law School, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Warwick, with ongoing studies for a Post-Graduate Certificate in Competition Law at King's College London.
