Katie Bryant

Katie Bryant currently serves as the Head of HSEQ at Serco, a position held since September 2024. Previously, Katie held the role of Head of Clinical Risk and Governance at NHS Golden Jubilee from May 2022 to September 2024. Other notable positions include Senior SHE at NatWest Mentor, Risk Manager at Ayrshire & Arran NHS, and Deputy Head of Health & Safety at the University of the West of Scotland. Katie began the career as a Health and Safety Officer with NHS Ayrshire and Arran, with initial experience as a Personal Assistant at Hilton Hotels Worldwide. Education includes a Master's in Safety and Risk Management from the University of Strathclyde and a Postgraduate Degree in Ergonomics and Human Factors from the University of Derby.
