Margaret MacKay

Margaret Mackay is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and management roles. Currently serving as a Team Leader at Serco since June 2020, Margaret previously held positions as Supporter Design Manager and Contact Centre Operations Manager at World Vision from May 2017 to June 2020. Earlier experience includes the role of Quality and Coaching Manager at ANZ from October 2013 to July 2015. Margaret Mackay is an alumnus of Charles Darwin University.
