Margaret Mackay is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and management roles. Currently serving as a Team Leader at Serco since June 2020, Margaret previously held positions as Supporter Design Manager and Contact Centre Operations Manager at World Vision from May 2017 to June 2020.
