Ravi Siriwardana

Ravi Siriwardana is an experienced IT/AV Projects Officer at Serco, responsible for managing the life cycling of IT/AV systems at Zayed University. Over the years, Ravi has held various roles including Help Desk Supervisor and CAFM Coordinator at New York University Abu Dhabi, where responsibilities included managing a team of help desk operators and ensuring efficient service delivery. Previous experience includes roles at Hayleys Group as a Tour Coordinator, where duties involved handling crew changes and liaising with customs, and as a Contact Centre Associate at Dialog Axiata PLC. Ravi is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the ANC School of Postgraduate Education.
