Samantha Rowles

Samantha Rowles is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in transportation, mobility, and emergency services. Currently serving as Executive Director at Serco since August 2019, Samantha has previously held significant roles at Atkins, including Strategic Growth Director for the Middle East & Africa. During tenure at AECOM, accomplishments included leading strategic pursuits and integrating marketing communications within business plans. Earlier experience includes managing a £400 million Facilities Management project at Bam Construct UK, demonstrating proficiency in bid management and client relations. Samantha holds a Bachelor's degree in Business (Marketing) from Nottingham Trent University and has furthered education at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
