Adelaida Gari Arenas

Adelaida Gari Arenas has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance and testing. Adelaida started their career as a Consultant at Zeus Tecnología S.A. in 2015, where they were responsible for ensuring quality and minimizing risks in the production stage. Adelaida'srole involved training, configuring, testing, and implementing Zeus Tecnología modules in customer environments. Adelaida also provided support and documented any issues related to the modules.

In 2017, Adelaida joined Choucair Testing S.A. as a Testing Analyst. Adelaida was involved in planning, designing, and performing functional and automation test cases. Adelaida worked with both traditional and agile methodologies and ensured errors were corrected by documenting them.

Most recently, Adelaida worked at Serempre as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, starting in February 2019. Adelaida was later promoted to the role of Software Quality Assurance Lead in March 2021. In this position, they led the quality assurance team and was responsible for defining testing strategies, executing test scripts, reviewing test results, and providing mentorship and assistance to the team.

Adelaida Gari Arenas obtained their Engineer's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad de Cartagena - Colombia, completing their studies from 2011 to 2016. During this time, they also pursued Network and System Administration/Administrator studies at Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) from 2013 to 2015.

In terms of additional certifications, Adelaida Gari Arenas obtained various certifications related to software testing, development, and project management. In July 2021, they earned the SOFTWARE TEST MANAGER certification from the International Software Test Institute™, followed by the SOFTWARE TESTER certification in June 2021. Adelaida also achieved the DEVOPS GENERALIST certification from the International DevOps Certification Academy™ in June 2021. In May 2020, they acquired the SCRUM DEVELOPER PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION from CertiProf, and in April 2020, they obtained the SCRUM PRODUCT OWNER PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION, also from CertiProf. Additionally, they acquired the SCRUM MASTER ACCREDITED CERTIFICATION from the International Scrum Institute™ in March 2020.
