Edwin Giraldo

Edwin Giraldo has a diverse work experience in the field of Drupal development. Edwin started their career at SeeD EM in 2015 as a Drupal Developer and worked there until 2019. In this role, they were involved in various Drupal projects.

In 2019, Edwin joined Tigo Colombia as a Full Stack Developer. Here, they focused on creating and supporting custom modules for the Tigo payment gateway in Drupal 8. Edwin also conducted unit tests with PhpUnit for these modules. Additionally, Edwin developed a mobile application using Ionic-Angular to consume Drupal 8 services for the payment gateway.

Currently, Edwin is working at Serempre as a Drupal Developer Fullstack. Since 2020, they have been involved in a wide range of projects, requiring expertise in Drupal 8, 9, and 10. Their responsibilities include sitebuilding, module creation, custom theme development, support for contributed modules, and front-end development using JavaScript, primarily jQuery. Edwin has also had the opportunity to learn and work with Laravel.

Edwin Giraldo earned their degree in System Engineering from Universidad de Caldas from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they obtained certification as a Zend Certified PHP Engineer from Zend Technologies in June 2014.
