Amy Berliner

Amy Berliner has a diverse work experience in finance and venture capital. Amy is currently working as a CFO (Contract) at Serena Ventures since April 2022. Previously, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Andreessen Horowitz from August 2009 to July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a VP of Finance at 5AM Ventures from April 2006 to July 2009. Amy also has experience as a consultant in VC finance, where they provided financial consulting services for venture capital firms. Amy worked as a Controller at Mobius Venture Capital from June 2000 to October 2005, and before that, they served as a Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 1996 to June 2000.

Amy Berliner attended the University of California, Davis from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics with a focus on Agricultural and Managerial Economics. Amy also pursued a Masters degree in Taxation at San Jose State University.
