Melissa DiGianfilippo

Melissa DiGianfilippo has over 15 years of work experience in marketing, public relations, branding, and event planning. Melissa began their career in 2002 as the Public Relations Coordinator at Kent State University, where they assisted in the planning of university events and wrote press releases and internal communications materials. In 2004, they were a Public Relations Intern at dg&a. In 2005, they became a Public Relations Senior Account Coordinator at Martz Agency. From 2006 to 2008, Melissa was the PR & Marketing Manager at Barness Papas Investments, LLC (Retail Brokers, Inc.), where they managed all marketing and public relations efforts. In 2008, they became the Marketing & PR Director at ZOG Digital. In 2009, Melissa co-founded and became the President of Public Relations at Serendipit Consulting, a full-service boutique marketing firm. Most recently, in 2022, Melissa became the AZ Area Representative & Multi-Unit Franchisee at Ohm Fitness Studios.

Melissa DiGianfilippo obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Kent State University between 2001 and 2005. Melissa also holds a Performance PR Certification from Iris PR Software, which they obtained in June 2018.
