Anastasia Sarantopoulou

Anastasia Sarantopoulou is a Project Manager and Tech Law Consultant at Serendipity, where work commenced in July 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Legal Researcher focused on Privacy and Data Protection in the realm of Artificial Intelligence at VNG Realisatie from January 2021 to July 2021, and as a Legal Consultant at the Hellenic Ministry of Environment and Energy from February 2019 to February 2020. Additional roles include Trainee Lawyer positions at the Legal Office of East Attica Regional Unit and AA Lawyers D. Anastasopoulos-A.Afrati & Associates from September 2017 to March 2018 and October 2016 to September 2017, respectively. Anastasia holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Law and Technology from Tilburg University (2020-2021) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon (2010-2016), along with participation in an Erasmus Scholarship Programme in Law at Leibniz Universität Hannover (2013-2014).
