Jordan Chiu

Jordan Chiu is a seasoned professional in the construction and development sector, currently serving as the State Development Head for SERENITAS since March 2024, following a tenure as a Senior Development Manager with Ingenia Communities Group from May 2019 to March 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Project Manager and Development Manager at Ingenia, Project Engineer at Multiplex from July 2015 to May 2019, and Development Manager at Shayher Group. Early career experience features a position as Site Engineer on the Transcity-Legacy Way project. Jordan Chiu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The University of Queensland, completed in 2012, and graduated from Mansfield State High School in 2007.
