Annie directs the Human Resources function for Serent Capital. She brings thought leadership, tailored insights, and strategic perspective to designing, implementing, and continuously improving high-impact HR initiatives.
Prior to joining Serent Capital, Annie worked as the head of Human Resources for Aerin Medical Inc., where she supported the company through rapid scaling during the pre-IPO stage. She also led the HR function for various other companies in the start-up, technology and healthcare industries including 5th Vital HealthCare, Statera Spine, and Ortho Kinematics.
Annie earned an MBA from Concordia University. She also earned her BA in HR Management from Concordia University.
