Pratik Agarwal

Pratik Agarwal serves as Chairman at Serentica Renewables since September 2022, focusing on clean power solutions for challenging sectors to combat climate change. From June 2016, Pratik has held multiple key positions at Sterlite Power, including Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, Pratik is a Non-Executive Director at Sharper Shape Inc. since January 2021 and previously held a similar role at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited until July 2021. Between May 2008 and October 2016, Pratik was the Director of the Infrastructure Business at Vedanta Resources Limited, where a $1.5 billion portfolio in power transmission, broadband, and bulk ports was developed. Pratik's educational background includes a BS in Economics with a focus on Management and Finance from The Wharton School and an MBA in Management and Finance from London Business School, complemented by an IB Diploma from UWC South East Asia.
