Caroline Hensley has a strong background in law and finance, with experience in representing companies in biotech and other industries in securities transactions. Caroline has served in various legal roles, including as SVP, Assistant General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Seres Therapeutics, where Caroline provided strategic and tactical advice on business and legal issues. Caroline also has experience in corporate debt products and mortgage finance from their time at Bank of America and has a JD from Boston University School of Law.
