Sébastien Baril

Sébastien Baril's work experience began in 2005 with Serge Ferrari, where they started as a Project Manager in R&D and developed a passion for innovation and product development. Sébastien later held various roles including Vice President of the Business Group Industry and Senior VP of Strategic Projects & Integrations. Sébastien also served as the CEO and President of the Executive Board before becoming the Senior VP of Marketing Group & Digital Transformation. In 2023, they were appointed as a French Foreign Trade Advisor at Les Conseillers du Commerce extérieur de la France, where they support French companies in their international expansion strategies.

Sébastien Baril has a strong educational background in business and engineering. Sébastien obtained a degree in Engineering with a focus on Composite Materials from Polytech Annecy-Chambéry in 2004. Recently, they completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from IMD in 2021, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA, EMBA) from the University of Lausanne (UNIL) during the same period. In 2019, they also received a certification in Foundation for Business Leadership from IMD Business School.
