Adam Northgrave

Adam Northgrave has extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving as the Head of Global Implementations at Serko Ltd. since February 2011. Prior roles at Serko include Project Manager, Implementations Manager, Implementations Team Lead, and Implementation Support Specialist. Prior to joining Serko, Adam worked at American Express Vacations from November 2007 to December 2010 as a Systems Executive and Operations Executive. Adam began their career at Go Holidays as a Shorthaul Travel Consultant from October 2004 to March 2007. Adam holds an Advanced Diploma in Travel, Tourism and Business Technology from the New Zealand School of Travel and Tourism, completed in 2002.
