Federica Zanni

Federica Zanni is a professional with expertise in project management, particularly in the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) at SERMICRO since February 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Digital Account Manager, developing IT and consulting strategies focused on process automation and cybersecurity. Federica has also worked as an Event Organizer for multinational companies, coordinating events in luxury hotels, and as a Sales Consultant in the fashion sector, where responsibilities encompassed customer service, inventory management, and sales objectives. Academically, Federica holds a degree in Philosophy and the History of Sciences from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and completed a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts and Fine Arts at Liceo Artistico Umberto Boccioni in Milan.
