Robin Lim has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They started their career as a Co-Founder of Made Real in 2014 and held the position until January 2018. At Made Real, they were involved in the overall management and operation of the company.
In 2017, Robin joined Slush as the Head of Startup Operations, a role they held until July 2019. At Slush, they were responsible for overseeing startup operations and ensuring the smooth execution of the organization's flagship event.
From March to June 2018, Robin worked as a Project Manager - Startup and International Relations at Viva Technology. In this role, they managed startup projects and cultivated international relationships.
In October 2018, they also took on the role of Marketing and Branding Manager at Postman Brands, where they were responsible for marketing and branding initiatives. This role lasted until April 2019.
From August 2019 to November 2020, Robin worked as an Innovation Program Manager at NUS Enterprise. In this position, they managed corporate partnership accounts, developed innovation programs, and aligned goals with operational teams.
From December 2020 to January 2022, Robin worked at Fundnel Limited as part of the Strategy and Special Projects team. They developed product strategies, implemented the OKR framework, managed fundraising efforts, and coordinated special projects such as the launch of a capital company SPV.
In December 2021, Robin joined Mysterium Network as a Fund Strategy & Partnerships Advisor, where they provide strategic guidance and support for fundraising efforts.
Most recently, Robin joined Serotonin in February 2022 as the Marketing Director, overseeing the marketing initiatives of the company.
Robin Lim completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a major in Strategic Management at Singapore Management University from 2014 to 2019. In 2018, Robin participated in an exchange semester at ESCP Business School, where they studied alternative models of organizations and management. In 2015, Robin also took part in a summer exchange program at Fudan University, focusing on Chinese media and politics.
